Enrollment Agreement

Terms and conditions governing your enrollment at Elevate for Humanity

This document outlines the terms of enrollment between you (the "Student") and 2Exclusive LLC-S, DBA Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute (the "School"). By enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties to This Agreement

2. Program Information

The specific program, duration, schedule, tuition, and fees are detailed in your individual enrollment form and the Tuition & Fees Schedule.

Programs are delivered through hybrid instruction, combining online coursework with in-person training. Specific delivery requirements are outlined in your program materials.

3. School Obligations

Elevate for Humanity agrees to:

Provide instruction as described in the program curriculum
Maintain qualified instructors for all program components
Provide access to the Learning Management System (LMS) for online coursework
Provide necessary training materials as specified in the program description
Track and document student attendance and progress
Issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful program completion
Provide career services and job placement assistance
Maintain student records in accordance with applicable laws

4. Student Obligations

The Student agrees to:

Attend all scheduled classes and training sessions as required
Complete all online coursework and assignments by specified deadlines
Maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined in the SAP Policy
Comply with the Attendance Policy
Pay all tuition and fees according to the agreed payment schedule
Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
Notify the School promptly of any changes to contact information
Comply with all School policies and procedures

Attendance & Time Tracking Requirements

Clock In/Out Requirement

Students are required to clock in and clock out for all training sessions using the Student Portal. Failure to clock in/out will result in unrecorded hours and may affect your program completion status.

Weekly Hour Requirements

Related Technical Instruction (RTI): Minimum 8-10 hours per week of online coursework and classroom instruction
On-the-Job Training (OJT): Minimum 20-32 hours per week at approved training site (program dependent)
Total Weekly Commitment: 28-40 hours per week depending on program

Hour Logging

All hours must be logged accurately in the Student Portal within 24 hours of completion. Hours must be verified by your supervisor or instructor. Falsifying time records is grounds for immediate termination.

Attendance Standards

Minimum 90% attendance required for program completion
Absences must be reported before the scheduled start time
Three (3) unexcused absences may result in termination
Tardiness of more than 15 minutes counts as an absence

Clock Out Rules

Leaving the shop/training site for more than 15 minutes: You MUST clock out. Failure to clock out when leaving will result in automatic time adjustment and may be considered time falsification.
Lunch breaks: You MUST clock out for lunch. Lunch breaks are unpaid time and must not be included in training hours.
Personal errands or appointments: Clock out before leaving and clock back in upon return.
Smoke breaks: Breaks longer than 15 minutes require clocking out.
End of day: Always clock out before leaving for the day. Forgetting to clock out will result in your hours being adjusted to the last verified activity.

Repeated failure to follow clock in/out procedures will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination from the program.

5. All Sales Final - No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree that all tuition payments, fees, and deposits are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Registration fees
Tuition payments (full or partial)
Deposit payments
Material fees
Any other fees associated with enrollment

This policy applies regardless of whether you complete the program, withdraw voluntarily, or are terminated for any reason.

6. Termination of Enrollment

Elevate for Humanity reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment at any time if the student fails to comply with school policies, rules, or the terms of this agreement. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress
Excessive absences or tardiness
Failure to make required tuition payments
Violation of the Code of Conduct or Participation Agreement
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior
Harassment or discrimination of any kind
Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
Violation of safety rules or protocols
Misrepresentation of information on enrollment documents
Any conduct that reflects negatively on the School

In the event of termination, no refund of tuition or fees will be provided. All sales are final.

7. No Guarantees

Elevate for Humanity does NOT guarantee:

Employment or job placement upon completion
Specific salary or wage levels
Passage of any third-party certification or licensing exam
Transfer of credits to other educational institutions
State licensure or board certification (these are issued by external bodies)

Programs that prepare students for third-party certifications (such as EPA 608, CDL, or state licensing exams) provide training aligned to exam requirements, but exam passage is the responsibility of the student.

8. Credential Awarded

Upon successful completion of all program requirements, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute.

This certificate documents that the student has completed the training program. It is not a degree, diploma, or state-issued license. Any third-party certifications or licenses must be obtained separately from the issuing authority.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through the School's internal Grievance Process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may file a complaint with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education or pursue other legal remedies available under Indiana law.

10. Electronic Agreement

By completing the online enrollment process and clicking "I Agree" or similar acknowledgment, you confirm that:

You have read and understand this Enrollment Agreement
You have reviewed the Tuition & Fees Schedule
You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued
You understand that the School may terminate your enrollment for rule violations
You have reviewed the Student Consumer Information
You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement
Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature

10. Amendments

This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. The School reserves the right to update policies referenced in this agreement; students will be notified of material changes.
