The Job Ready Indy is an Indiana state program that funds career training for eligible justice-involved individuals. Administered by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Job Ready Indy removes financial barriers so participants can focus on earning certifications and building careers.

Job Ready Indy funding covers tuition and training fees, certification and exam fees, required tools, uniforms, and supplies, and background check fees where applicable. There is no cost to the participant for any covered program.
You must be currently or formerly justice-involved (on probation, parole, or recently released), an Indiana resident, and at least 18 years of age. You need to be enrolled in or accepted to an eligible training program and not currently receiving other state tuition funding for the same program.
